Limited Product Warrantee & Refund Policy
If Guide Light 911™ fails to operate properly under normal household conditions within one year from date of purchase because of defects in workmanship or material, Emergency Safety Systems, Inc. (the Company) will at our option, repair or replace this product without cost to the purchaser for parts and labor. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale), with postage prepaid to Emergency Safety Systems, Inc. 80 Turnpike Drive, Middlebury, CT 06762. Do not return this product to the store where purchased. Please enclose a check or money order in the amount of $6.50 to cover postage and handling. Products out of warranty will be repaired at our standard repair charges. All sales are final.
 
This warranty does not cover batteries nor apply to product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alterations, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s). This warranty is not assignable or transferable. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product. Guide Light 911™ does not guarantee saving lives nor does it guarantee reducing the time it takes for emergency personnel to respond to or locate the source of the emergency call.
 
This is the entirety of the warrantee on Guide Light 911™. No other written or express warranty is given.
